2. The Service

Worly Scholar is an AI-powered educational platform providing tutoring, quizzes, flashcards, study plans, practice exams, and document learning tools. All features are available free of charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Worly Scholar. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use Worly Scholar to:

  • Cheat or violate academic integrity policies set by your institution.
  • Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or hateful content.
  • Upload copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Worly Scholar uses generative AI (OpenAI GPT-4o models). AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. Always verify important information independently. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, academic, or otherwise).

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (documents, notes). By uploading, you grant Worly Scholar a limited license to process the content solely to provide the service to you. Your content is not shared with other users.

7. Privacy

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Worly Scholar online 24/7 but make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worly Scholar and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
