• Usage data: activity events, scores, streaks, study time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Personalize tutoring, recommendations, and study plans.
• Generate AI responses, quizzes, and flashcards via OpenAI's GPT-4o models.
• Track your progress, streaks, and achievements.
• Improve the product.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI — for AI tutoring and content generation. Your prompts are sent to OpenAI under their API terms.
• Emergent Object Storage — for secure document storage.
• Google OAuth — optional login provider.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your documents are stored privately by user. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections and JWT-based authentication. Documents are private by default and only accessible by you.

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Export all your data at any time from Settings.
• Delete your account permanently from Settings → Danger Zone. This removes all your data.
• Edit your profile and preferences at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

Worly Scholar is intended for users 13 and older. If you are under 18, please use Worly Scholar with parent or guardian consent.

7. AI Disclaimer

Worly Scholar uses generative AI which may occasionally produce inaccurate, biased, or incomplete information. Always verify important content with authoritative sources. Worly Scholar is for educational use only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or academic advice.
